From the quiet grandeur of the imperial capital Hue, over the Hai Van Pass — "the most marvellous wonder under heaven" — up to cloud-wrapped Ba Na with its famed Golden Bridge, and on to the moss-tiled roofs and glowing lanterns of Hoi An's Old Town. Imperial Hue — The Citadel & the Perfume River
Meals: Trưa, TốiDepart for Hue, crossing the Hai Van Pass with a stop overlooking Lang Co Bay. Afternoon visit to the Imperial City and Tu Duc tomb with a guide steeped in Nguyen-dynasty history. Evening cruise on the Perfume River with Hue folk singing and a royal-style dinner. Check in and overnight in Hue.
Hai Van Pass — Ba Na Hills — Golden Bridge
Meals: Sáng, TrưaCheck out and cross the Hai Van Pass back to Da Nang. Ride the Guinness-record cable car up Ba Na to see the Golden Bridge, French Village, Debay wine cellar and Le Jardin gardens. Lunch buffet at the summit. Afternoon descent, then a stroll along My Khe beach and Da Nang's Dragon Bridge by night. Overnight in Da Nang/Hoi An.
Hoi An Old Town — Farewell
Meals: Sáng, TrưaMorning exploring Hoi An Old Town: the Japanese Covered Bridge, Tan Ky ancient house, Fujian assembly hall, and an express tailor-made ao dai experience. Taste cao lau and sweet corn pudding. Check out; transfer back to The Annam or to Da Nang airport. End of the journey.
