The following terms apply to bookings and stays at properties of The Annam Collection. Please read them carefully before booking.
1. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon successful deposit or payment per the conditions of each rate plan. Room rates are in VND, inclusive of taxes and service charge unless stated otherwise.
2. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00. Early check-in/late check-out are subject to availability and may incur a surcharge. Please present a valid ID/passport at check-in.
3. Age & Children
The registered guest must be 18 or older. Children and extra-bed policies are stated per property; young children sharing a parent's bed follow each hotel's policy.
4. House Rules & Responsibility
- Respect house rules and the privacy and safety of other guests.
- No smoking in rooms; designated smoking areas are provided.
- Guests are responsible for damage they cause to property.
- Comply with Vietnamese law and local regulations.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions are set out in our Cancellation Policy and by your chosen rate plan.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, government orders, etc.), but will make reasonable efforts to assist you.
7. Intellectual Property & Governing Law
All content on this website belongs to The Annam Collection and is protected by law. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
