The following cancellation and refund policy applies to direct bookings at The Annam Collection. Exact conditions depend on the rate plan chosen at the time of booking.
1. Flexible Rate
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival — 100% refund. Cancellation within 48 hours or no-show: the first one (01) night is charged.
2. Advance Purchase / Non-refundable
Full prepayment at booking; non-refundable and non-amendable for any cancellation or no-show. Date changes may be considered in good faith, subject to availability.
3. Peak & Festive Periods
During peak season and festive/holiday periods, the free-cancellation window may extend to 14–30 days before arrival with a higher deposit; exact terms are shown at booking.
4. Early Departure
Departing before the scheduled date: confirmed nights may still be charged per your booked rate plan.
5. Refunds
Refunds (if any) are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to your bank/payment gateway.
6. Force Majeure
In case of force majeure, please contact reception — we will help reschedule or preserve your booking value where possible.
