- Booking information: name, phone, email, nationality, stay details and special requests.
- Guest registration: as required by law, we collect ID/passport numbers to register temporary residence with the authorities.
- Payment: processed by PCI-DSS certified payment gateway partners; we do not store full card numbers.
- CCTV: in public areas to ensure the safety of guests and property.
- Technical data: IP address, device, browser, via cookies (manageable in your browser).
2. Purposes & Legal Basis
We process data to: confirm and service bookings; fulfil residence-registration obligations; process payments; provide guest care; and — with your consent — send offers. Legal bases include contract performance, legal obligation and the data subject's consent.
3. Data Sharing
We share data only with: service partners (payment gateways, property management systems, and OTA channels when you book through them); and competent state authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
4. Marketing & Consent
We send promotional messages only with your consent, which you may withdraw anytime via the unsubscribe link or our preference centre.
5. Retention & Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3), stored under strict access control, and kept only as long as necessary for the purpose collected or as required by law.
6. Your Rights
